TIKET.COM CUSTOMERS CAN DONATE THROUGH LOYALTY POINTS

CUSTOMERS of tiket.com online travel agents can contribute to mitigate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic through their loyalty points.

“Through the healthy sharing ticket.com movement, Tiket.com wants to contribute and at the same time encourage the people of Indonesia that we can go through this difficult time together,” Muhammad Anugraha Arisha, Campaign Manager of Tiket.com, said in his official broadcast.

He added, customers can exchange TIX Points – loyalty points obtained when ordering flight tickets or hotels which are owned in a certain amount which will be distributed to purchase personal protective equipment (PPE) for medical personnel throughout Indonesia.

“Through this movement, Tiket.com at the same time wants to give the highest appreciation for the dedication and endless struggle of the medical staff, especially fellow doctors, nurses and medical officers in dealing with infected patients, because they are the frontline in the fight against COVID-19” Nugraha said.

He mentioned that all donations collected from customers’ TIX Point exchanges will be combined with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funds to purchase pandemic impact relief needs, including proper Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) for medical personnel such as surgical masks, medical-certified hand sanitizers , multivitamin, gloves and hazmat suit.

“The items purchased from the donation will be distributed through the Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) social institutions to be distributed to hospital locations throughout Indonesia,” he concluded. [photo special]
