PARTNER, Leader of Mckinsey Digital Labs North Asia, Dilip Mistry, said that shifting consumer habits will change digital business trends in the pandemic and post-epidemic periods.

Through a virtual broadcast with Gojek Xcelerate, Mistry said there are six main points related to change, and the implications for building a business in the present and future.
