THE NEW NORMAL ERA, FINALLY DHM PREPARES HAI DAFAM APPLICATION

FACING the New Normal era, Dafam Hotel Management (DHM), one of the hotel chains in Indonesia, uses technology as a solution for customers in interacting with hotels.

According to Andhy Irawan, as CEO of PT Dafam Hotel Management, said DHM partners with PT. Jawara Solusi Nusantara (JAWS) is releasing a mobile application called HAI DAFAM and it is part of DHM’s strategic initiative in facing the digital market so that it can directly serve guests with a digital and modern lifestyle.

“This is in line with Dafam’s vision to serve guests with a distinctive Indonesian touch. With HAI DAFAM, customers get the best price without having to enter a specific code, so this will be very attractive for application users who can find out the selling price of rooms and services quickly,” Andhy Irawan said.

He added that as a DHM partner, JAWS is a local company developed by young talents who are able to keep up with the needs of upcoming technology trends.

Meanwhile Rizki Susetiadi from JAWS explained, HAI DAFAM is one of the platforms provided by JAWS as a solution for the Indonesian hospitality industry in dealing with future business.

“The platform used is SWAPS, which comes from Self and Applications, such as DHM. We want to provide hospitality businesses in Indonesia with technology that is equivalent to other digital companies that have focused on selling rooms online,” he noted.

Rizki Susetiadi emphasized that the SWAPS platform will make it easier for hotels to have their own mobile application to be able to make room reservations, food orders (dine-in and delivery) and other services so that later SWAPS will be used by guests for mobile check-in to smart automation in rooms and hotel areas.
