SPAIN will reopen the international tourism sector from July. The decision was said by Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez, Saturday (5/23).
Quoting Reuters, Spain earlier, implemented the most strict lockdown in Europe which was held on March 14. The locking measures generated huge financial pressure for Spain, data from early May showed, the cost of unemployment benefits paid by the government to 5.2 million people in April this year more than tripled.
The Spanish government disbursed a fund of €4.5 billion, which has more than tripled compared to the same month last year. This figure is the highest expenditure in history for unemployment services in Spain. [sources/photo special]
