“We will make it more detailed, there are many departments, restaurants, ballrooms, swimming pools, well that we sent down there,” said Deputy Chair of PHRI Maulana Yusran recently.

He added, the issuance of the circular provides fresh air for the business world. This is to make the industry able to prepare itself before economic activities are reopened.

“We are preparing, which is ready with the protocol, ready to open when there is a policy that can be opened. It’s just that the hotel and restaurant industry will not recover 100% if it is reopened. The problem is the industry is affected by the movement of people who are still restricted,” he said.

He explained, besides that, there was a decrease in the amount of capacity to implement health protocols. If previously the capacity of the restaurant could reach 50 people, because these conditions only 30 people. [sources/photo special]
