Juliandra added that this step was carried out as a form of synergy between the Garuda Indonesia Group by providing more excellent services for customers and also easy for Citilink passengers who would continue flights with Garuda Indonesia and other advanced international flights.

“All Citilink flights will continue to operate according to the schedule. Passengers are advised to arrive at the airport three hours before departure and ensure travel documents are complete,” he said.

In addition, he continued, passengers can use the mobile/web check-in facility or through a self-check-in machine that has been provided and is more practical so that it can save time and can avoid the buildup of queues at the check-in counter.

“Passengers who will travel with Citilink can go to Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport via gates 3 and 4, counters E 14-26. In anticipation and for the convenience of passengers, Citilink and Angkasa Pura II will provide transportation for passengers from Terminal 2 to Terminal 3 during the two-week transition period,” he noted.

He explained, Citilink has conducted regular socialization to prospective passengers through social media, websites, SMS blasts, and socialization conducted at the airport so that all prospective passengers are well informed.

To ensure the smooth flow of passengers during the transition period, Citilink management has held a flight operation simulation at Terminal 3 of the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport by involving all crew who will be on duty.

“Citilink will make these preparations intensively and coordinate with stakeholders so that all flight operations can continue to run safely and smoothly while ensuring strict implementation of health protocols,” Juliandra concluded. [photo special]
