THE National Council for Special Economic Zones (SEZs) has approved the establishment of the Lido Tourism SEZ in Bogor, West Java Province. There is a big plan pioneered by businessman Hary Tanoesoedibjo with Donald Trump through PT MNC Land Tbk, for this mega project called MNC Lido City.
Currently, MNC Lido City is developing a 3,000 hectare integrated residential, commercial, tourist destination and resort area in Lido, Bogor, West Java. The location is bordered by Jakarta and Banten Provinces, surrounded by more than 70 million inhabitants.
Located about 60 kilometers from Jakarta, MNC Lido City can be reached directly via the Bocimi Toll Road and takes one hour from Jakarta. PT MNC Land Tbk in collaboration with the Government will also build a transit-oriented development (TOD) as an additional means of public transportation.
In this project there will be MNC World Lido, which includes MNC Park, which is the first world-class theme park in Indonesia with advanced technology. MNC Park will feature various rides, shows and attractions. In addition, MNC Park will also build Luxurious International Resort, Golf Club & Residences Lido.
This is a super-luxury resort with international standards offering a wide range of personalized services, including premium fine dining restaurant, spa and conference facilities, designed by prestigious award-winning international companies, Oppenheim Architecture, HBA, and EDSA.
