JIMBARAN Puri, A Belmond Hotel, Bali celebrates Nyepi Day on the 14th of March with a two-night program of immersive spiritual and healing experiences designed to resonate the spirit of Nyepi, the Balinese New Year that is dedicated as a Day of Silence and a time to reflect, recharge and realign.
This year, the hotel has collaborated with a local master healer, Pandu Prasnaditya Wicaksana, a self-taught healer who has years of experience in Bali where he mastered the art of spiritual healing through energy channeling.
The spiritual purification experience begins with a meditation class, followed by a private Energy Healing and Chakra Alignment session. Energy healing is a holistic approach that detects one’s state of energy and correcting blocks from the subtle energy system and stimulates the self-healing capacity of the body. The guided Energy Healing session aims to help guests open the flow of energy in their body, restoring mental and physical health and creating a sense of balance.
Once the energy healing element is complete, guests will be guided to the Chakra Alignment process. Believed to strengthen the physical, mental and the emotional wellbeing, the process focuses on the seven Chakras located in specific locations in the body from the top of the head to the base of the spine.
