THE Norwegian Communication Association – Oslo, Norway, welcomed the global communication community to discuss the role of communication in the every-day-changing world at the World Public Relations Forum (WPRF) 2018.
The Norwegian Communication Association (NCA) is an organization for professional communication representatives. Every year NCA organizes a lot of activities and events, including large-scale conferences. This time, NCA as one of the organizers, became a host of 2018 WPRF in Oslo.
Prita Kemal Gani on behalf of The London School of Public Relations – Jakarta (LSPR), and ASEAN Public Relations Network (ASEAN PRN) attended The World Public Relations Forum (WPRF) 2018 in Oslo, Norway, to share her knowledge and to give a perspective voice of Public Relations (PR) for the world.
WPRF has become a unique opportunity to gather professionals with academics from around the world, to produce important outcomes and results for the development of the profession globally.
Large and international forums prove that PR has become prioritized in the communication field in different levels – domestic and global. The communication’s impact in a digital and ever-changing world is also huge. Thus, many professionals such as educators, researchers, students, practitioners from various fields were called upon to be involved in the future development of PR.
