JAPAN Airlines (JAL) flights arrival, departure and operated flights will be changed from the current terminal (Terminal 2) to Terminal 3 from JL 725 arrival (Jakarta arrival 16:50) on October 26, 2018.
According to Motoharu Taki, JAL Regional Manager Indonesia said the JAL airline was very enthusiastic in welcoming the operational move. All operational preparations will be maximized so that service is more prime at the Terminal which has a length of 2.5 Km and the capacity of 25 million passengers.
“Along with this, that our flight operated on the same day will be as follows: JL720 (Departure Time 06:45): Depart from Terminal 2 Soekarno Hatta, JL725 (Arrival time 16:45): Arrive at Terminal 3 Soekarno Hatta, JL726 (departure time 21:55): Depart from Terminal 3 and JL729 (arrival time 23:50): Arrive at Terminal 3,” he said.
Motoharu Taki also mentioned that supported by various sophisticated and modern technology facilities, I am optimistic that Terminal 3 will be the trigger for Japan Airlines to develop in various aspects. This is because Terminal 3 Ultima is now world class, for example there is an automatic baggage handling machine or Baggage Handling System which has a security detector, an independent check-in machine, CCTV and WiFi.
“Also at Terminal 3 Ultima connectivity is also available, starting from shuttle buses to Skytrains that are ready to take passengers from one terminal to another at Soekarno-Hatta Airport. Even though a transit hotel with a large capacity, whereas what has been presented at this time is a capsule hotel in Terminal 3 Ultima,” he added. [traveltext.id/photo special]
