According to Director of e-Commerce and Distribution, Silvia Dwi Jayanti said the Traveloka Awards honor achievers in various travel and tourism categories, based on customer reviews and public opinions. Categories include “Best Value” (for hotels with a quality stay experience at a great price) and “Premium” (awarded to hotels with the best stay experience and maximum comfort).
“Archipelago International were recognized in both of these honorable categories, with awards as follows: HARPER M.T. Haryono, Best Experience in Cleanliness – Premium Category, Hotel NEO Kuta Legian, Best Experience in Cleanliness – Premium Category, Hotel NEO Eltari Kupang, Best Experience in Service – Premium Category and favehotel Kuta Square, Best Guest Experience in Food – Value Category,” she said.
Silvia Dwi Jayanti also mentioned that the big win for Archipelago International is not only testament to each hotel’s performance in terms of quality guest experiences, it also demonstrates the success of the group’s Corporate Sales & Marketing team in managing Traveloka’s online system.
