THE Four Points Hotel by Sheraton Surabaya, Pakuwon Indah in the Superblock area of Pakuwon Mall is now officially in operation recently.
According to Fenny, Director of PT Pakuwon Permai said that the newly operated Four Points Hotel complements the Pakuwon Mall Superblock area which stands on 16.20 hectares of land and will be integrated with 180,000 square meters of retail malls and 6 apartment towers.
“This Four Points Hotel is a property under PT Pakuwon Permai, a subsidiary of PT Pakuwon Jati. The hotel is the second hotel with the Four Points brand in the Pakuwon Jati portfolio and is the fourth collaboration with Marriot International,” she said.
Fenny continued that with a total of 317 rooms that will be operated in stages, the number of rooms under the PT Pakuwon Jati portfolio will be 1,567 rooms consisting of 4 hotels and 2 service apartments.
“The total construction value [excluded the land] of Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Pakuwon Indah is Rp300 billion. Meanwhile, the operation of the new hotel is expected to strengthen the recurring income base or increase recurring income for Pakuwon Jati,” Fenny added.
Based on information stated that the portion of hotel revenue in 2019 is 16 percent of total recurring income. With the operation of Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Pakuwon Indah and The Westin in semester I/2020, the portion of hotel revenue is expected to increase by 20 percent compared to 2019.
