GARUDA Indonesia provides discounts of up to 40% on certain routes. This is an effort to support the mobility of service users as well as to follow up on the government’s commitment to providing affordable air transportation access for the public.
According to Garuda Indonesia Commerce Director Pikri Ilham Kurniansyah said the discounted price applies to ticket purchases, both through online travel agents (OTA), mobile apps, websites, and Garuda Indonesia ticketing offices spread throughout Indonesia.
“The discount is valid for travel periods on December 10, 2019 to January 31, 2020. Discounts apply on certain days on certain domestic routes,” Pikri said in a press release.
The domestic routes include Balikpapan-Yogyakarta, Biak-Makassar, Denpasar-Ambon, Denpasar-Kupang, Jakarta-Balikpapan, Jakarta-Palangkaraya, Jakarta-Nias, Jayapura-Nabire, Mamuju-Makassar, Palu-Makassar, Timika-Nabire , Yogyakarta-Makassar. Discounts apply every Tuesday and Thursday.
As for the Jakarta-Jayapura route, discounted rates apply on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. While discounts for the Jakarta-Silangit route apply on Friday and Sunday. [traveltext.id]
