TAUZIA Hotels and a member of The Ascott Limited, announced its foray into Malaysia with the launch of FOX Lite Hotel DPulze Cyberjaya, the first FOX branded hotel in the country.
According to Charlene Chan, GM of FOX Lite Hotel said the rebranded hotel will bring an intuitive service attitude and relaxed, friendly style to the Malaysian hospitality scene, catering to a new generation of independently minded business and leisure travellers.
“The FOX Hotels brand is inspired by the fictional persona Gipsy Fox, a traveller and an adventurer who travels across the world to revive hotels by creating a unique, eclectic and vibrant experience. FOX Hotels offer guests with efficiency and care, while also giving them informed access to the best a particular destination has to offer,” she said.
Simply adaptable, sociable and sensible, the 10-storey FOX Lite Hotel DPulze Cyberjaya boasts 162 chic and contemporary rooms, housed within an integrated commercial and lifestyle development in Cyberjaya, a Multimedia Super Corridor and global tech hub. The hotel is interconnected to the DPulze Cyberjaya Shopping Centre, the biggest shopping centre in the vicinity, and merely 30 minutes away from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).
“We are excited to bring FOX Hotels brand to Cyberjaya, the Silicon Valley of Malaysia. The FOX Hotels experience delivers what matters to guests with a millennial mind set. Our guests appreciate important things done well; demand quality, comfort and value, together with honest, authentic service; and want privacy and efficiency without unnecessary fuss or intrusion,” Charlene Chan added.
She also mentioned that our rooms are charmingly decorated with FOX Hotels icon, “Gipsy the FOX”, combined with signature collage artworks and existing mural arts, creating a unique and Insta-worthy ambience throughout the hotel. Prior to the launch, a Cut & Paste: Collage Competition was held in August in search of unique and vibrant artworks to adorn the hotel.
“The collage artworks from winners and nominees are displayed on the guestrooms’ walls as part of FOX’s signature design elements, while the hotel lobby stages the dazzling collage artwork of the main winner,” enthused Chan.
Meanwhile Patrick Vaysse, Chief Operating Officer of TAUZIA Hotels said Cyberjaya city has established itself as the city of innovation and technology revolution, as well as one of the most famous destinations for leisure in Malaysia. By having FOX Lite Hotel in Cyberjaya, we wish to give a fresh alternative for accommodation choices, with dynamic contemporary design where guests can enjoy A Moment in Life.
“Today’s guests want more flexibility, as busy non-traditional work hours tend to blend the boundaries between business and leisure. With the introduction of FOX Hotels brand to Malaysia, we hope to broaden our range of guests and attract more travellers looking for distinctive experiences of local interest and character, as well as appeal to individuals who want a more independent, yet friendly and personable stay experience,” Vaysse concluded.
