STARTING in 2020 Parador Hotels & Resorts again showed its existence as a hotel management company that continues to grow in Indonesia by carrying out the Vega Hotel Surabaya groundbreaking recently. At present the Parador has managed 11 hotels throughout Indonesia.
According to Johannes Hutauruk as Parador’s Chief Operating Officer said Vega Hotel Surabaya will be the 2nd hotel of Parador which was established in East Java after Atria Hotel Malang, which has been operating since 2013.
“Vega Hotel Surabaya is here to answer the accommodation needs in the Menur region, Surabaya – East Java and will also impact on the absorption of labor in the hospitality and tourism industry in this area,” Johannes said.
He added, this groundbreaking event was attended by the board of directors of PT Paramount Enterprise International as the hotel owner, the board of directors of Parador Hotels & Resorts, government representatives, community leaders, to the media partners of Surabaya and Malang.
“Vega Hotel Surabaya has competitive features and facilities; built on a land area of 3077 m2 with a building area of 8000 m2 consisting of 9 floors consisting of 138 rooms (superior, deluxe and suite), 1 Large Meeting Room and 5 Meeting Rooms, and many more features,” he said.
He also explained, Vega Hotel Surabaya will be a 3-star Parador hotel in Surabaya, and we are very enthusiastic about this hotel project. Vega Hotel Surabaya will focus on high quality service standards, complete facilities with a very modern hotel design concept.
