PT MITSUBISHI Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI) started 2020 by presenting a facelift version on Xpander. Even without launching with a special ceremony, it is expected that this low multi purpose vehicle (LMPV) will be able to meet the needs and demands of the community.
Through several improvements to the exterior and interior, the mainstay of the Mitsubishi Indonesia LMPV gets price adjustments. Compared to the previous model, the difference is IDR500,000 to IDR6.8 million. This makes Xpander the most expensive 7-passenger family car on the national market.
Now, to be able to buy Xpander, consumers must have at least IDR215 million to IDR272 million. In fact, MMKSI had raised the price of Xpander earlier to IDR3 million compared to 2019 at the beginning of this year. That happens because there are adjustments to taxation and production.
On paper, the cheapest LMPV will still be filled by Renault Triber, priced at IDR133 million to IDR169 million. Then proceed Wuling Confero and Daihatsu Xenia.
While Toyota Avanza and Veloz, which have experienced price adjustments at the beginning of the year, amounting to IDR196 million, are now marketed starting at IDR197 million to IDR245 million.
Even with Honda Mobilio, which had held back prices ahead of the decision on the Transfer of Motor Vehicle Title Fee (BBN-KB) at the end of 2019. This car is priced from IDR203 million to IDR259 million. [special photo]
