SUDAMALA RESORTS COMMITS TO PROTECTING WELLBEING OF GUESTS, STAFF & FAMILY

AS THE situation around the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we wish to reach out to you to support you and your travel plans, as well as to share with you what we are doing at our resorts.

According to Sri Rezeki (Lolo), Senior Cluster Marcomm Manager said Sudamala Resorts is committed to protecting the wellbeing of our guests, staff and families with maintaining the highest possible hygiene standards by adhering to the government restrictions and recommendations of public health authorities, locally and internationally, such as World Health Organization (WHO).

“Sudamala Resorts’ team is continuously briefed so that we are able to look after all our guests and staff according to the latest standards advised by authorities. Upon arrival to each of our resort, we take a temperature reading of all our guests, staff and vendors. We have placed an action plan in case of undesirable reading and/or symptoms,” she said.

Lolo also mentioned that we have increased the frequency and rigorousness of the cleaning of our public areas. Antibacterial hand sanitiser is also provided at the resort.

“So, for direct booking through our website or email, please contact our reservation team. We are pleased to offer stay flexibility until 30 April 2021. For booking via travel agent and online agents, kindly contact the agent directly, and we shall work closely with the agent,” she concluded.

She noted that we wish you continuous good health, and look forward to welcoming you back at Sudamala Resorts soon whenever your travels bring you back to Bali, Lombok or Flores. [traveltext.id]
