UNITED States (US) electric vehicle manufacturer Tesla has begun sending Y model vehicles faster than originally scheduled.

At present, Tesla Model 3 is still the basis of making Y Model and Model Y is expected to be one of the best-selling vehicles of Tesla thanks to a combination of practicality and affordable prices.
The Y Model is available in the Long Range Dual Motor All-Wheel Drive variant, priced at US$52,990. This car provides impressive acceleration starting from 0-60 mph (0-96 km/h) in just 4.8 seconds and reaching a top speed of 135 mph (217 km/h). This vehicle is claimed to be a distance of about 509 km on a single charge.
At present, customers can also choose high performance variants starting from US$60,990 around (IDR900 million), this enhanced motor feature can produce speeds that are better than standard variants. This level variant can record 0-60 mph (0-96 km/h) in just 3.5 seconds. The highest speed also increases to 145 mph (233 km/h).
In addition to improved performance, the range-topping variant has a lower suspension, high-performance brakes and 21-inch Überturbine wheels. Customers can also add an optional Performance Enhancement package that increases top speeds up to 155 mph (250 km/h).
A more affordable standard variant is scheduled to arrive early next year and is priced starting at US$39,000. In return for a more affordable price tag, the range of battery power will be reduced to around 230 miles (370 km). [antaranews/photo special]
