COMPLETING TOURIST DESTINATION FACILITIES THROUGH ‘BALI REBOUND’

THE Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy seeks to complete and perfect tourist destination facilities in Bali to welcome tourists during the adaptation of new habits through the Bali Rebound program held in Badung, Bali, recently.

According to the Deputy for the Development of Destinations and Infrastructure, the Ministry of Tourism, Hari Santosa Sungkari said the Bali Rebound program was an initiation from Tourism Ministry to rebuild tourism in Bali. Because the uniqueness of destinations in Bali is still the main attraction of Indonesian tourism.

“Bali Rebound Program is held in 4 favorite destination areas in Badung, Bali, including Nusa Dua, Kuta Beach, Pandawa Beach, and Uluwatu. For the Nusa Dua area, the event was held at Water Blow, Art Bali, Bali Collection Shopping Center, Bengiat Beach and Samuh Beach,” he said.

He explained, this program had a positive overall impact. The location is indeed in Badung, but it is very representative of tourism in the Island of the Gods. More encouraging, all these elements are united and provide full support. We also provide support in the form of improving facilities and amenities at Bali’s tourism destinations.

“Tourism Ministry provides assistance from preparation to reopening tourist destinations in Bali. To strengthen the Sapta Pesona program and its Amity Revitalization program, the Ministry of Tourism provides various facilities including hygiene, health and safety support tools such as washbasins, beach brooms, trash bins, thermo guns, disinfectants, signage or Sapta Pesona signage and information boards. Specifically for Kuta Beach destinations, Tourism Ministry built prototype clean toilet renovations,” Hari noted.

In addition to support for cleanliness, health, safety, and environmental sustainability (CHSE), Tourism Ministry also conducts Clean Coast or Region Movement in the Nusa Dua area, Bengiat beach, Samuh Beach, Pandawa Beach, Kuta Beach, and Uluwatu Region.
