TRAVELPORT, a leading technology company serving the global travel industry, launched Travelport COVID-19 Smartpoint Plugin which provides updated information on government restrictions, regional quarantine and security measures around the world to travel agents, allowing all information to be available in agent workflow.
According to Gary Harford, Regional Director of APAC Regional Operators, Travelport said this plugin is available free of charge for all Travelport customers in Indonesia and around the world, who use Travelport Smartpoint 8.2 or above, and can be downloaded directly from the Travelport Marketplace.

Country-level information is easily displayed through button selection, enabling agents to provide advice to their customers easily and instantly,” he said.
