PHM HOTEL IS READY TO ENTER THE NEW NORMAL ERA WITH PHM-AMANSAFE

TO support the interests of customers and prioritize cleanliness, health, and security for all guests and employees, PHM Hotel implements the PHM-AmanSafe program.

According to Alexander Nayoan, VP Operation PHM Hotels in its official statement stated that the implementation of the program was carried out by checking in detail 12 PHM Hotels hotel chains and ensuring each hotel had implemented all hygiene, health and safety protocols in accordance with government regulations and guidelines from The World Health Organization (WHO) and the application of the SafeTravels roadmap of The World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC).

“This program is implemented to assure customers that all PHM Hotels networks always guarantee the highest level of cleanliness, health and safety for guests and employees. We understand the importance of security, health, and of course comfort for guests who conduct meetings or leisure activities in our hotels,” he said.

He added, therefore we want to provide assurance and certainty for loyal guests of PHM Hotels through PHM-AmanSafe. At present regulations and guidelines from both the government and WHO and the WTTC for the Hygiene, Health and Safety Protocol are available and well distributed.

“In this case the existence of the Safe-Safe PHM program adds to the improvement of better sanitation guidelines along with training. PHM will also maintain the safety and quality of food and guest accommodation, including hygiene and disinfection practices as recommended. “The form of in-room dining service is modified to meet the needs of guests, as well as a buffet service designed to support applicable health protocols,” Nayoan noted.

He explained, in addition to that PHM also developed new food and beverage orders remotely or online. With the application of PHM-AmanSafe, PHM Hotels hopes that all guests will always be awake to their health and comfort while enjoying their vacation and accommodation in all 12 hotels in Palembang, Jakarta, Bogor, Bandung, Jogjakarta, Malang and Bali.
