ITALIAN luxury sports vehicle manufacturer Maserati released pictures of Ghibli Trofeo and Quattroporte Trofeo, which are planned to be announced on August 10, 2020.
The cars will likely use a 3.8-liter twin-turbo V8 engine that produces 582 hp and 730 Nm of torque, allowing the car to go from 0-100 km in just 3.9 seconds, with a top speed exceeding 300 km / hour.
However, Maserati has not revealed more about the specifications of the vehicle announced in the silhouette picture. Some media reports said that Maserati would not use Ferrari’s V8 engine. Instead, future models of Maserati will use a new 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 engine called “Nettuno.”
The new engine is claimed to be able to issue 621 hp and 730 Nm of torque. Levante and Quattroporte, reportedly will have an output of 523 hp and 572 hp. Although not showing the full picture, Levante Trofeo will use a black piano grille with a sporty design air intake.
Quoted from CarsCoops, other things that can be predicted from the car are the large wheel size, carbon fiber accents and four-mouth exhaust. [antaranews]
