This can be seen in the expansion of the airport terminal, which previously covered an area of 7,642 m2 to 16,064 m2, meaning that there is an expansion of the airport terminal of 8,400 m2.

“In realizing the development of El Tari Kupang Airport to become an integrated destination, in principle we are ready to follow up, because between the Minister of Transportation and the Governor of Bali it is in line with us (Angkasa Pura) to coordinate with the NTT Provincial Transportation Office to carry out technical matters,” Devi noted.

Meanwhile the Governor of East Nusa Tenggara, Viktor Bungtilu Laiskodat, said that the tourism sector has become the locomotive for the development of this area. NTT has extraordinary potential so it needs to be done seriously and correctly in order to increase the economic income of the people of NTT.
