PRESIDENT Joko Widodo (Jokowi) announced the 6 new ministers of the Advanced Indonesian Cabinet from the veranda of the Merdeka Palace in Jakarta on Tuesday (22/12).
“Ladies and gentlemen in this happy afternoon together with the Vice President want to announce the new ministers who will sit in the Forward Indonesia Cabinet, I will introduce them one by one,” said President Jokowi on the veranda of the Merdeka Palace.
President Joko Widodo then summoned 6 new ministers, all of whom wore white shirts and blue jackets.
“The first is Mrs. Tri Rismaharini, I think we all know that she is the Mayor of Surabaya and currently Tri Rismaharini’s mother will give her the responsibility to become Minister of Social Affairs,” said the President.
