IN making a breakthrough in the world of economy, KOSGORO launched a digital application. The application was officially launched at the KOSGORO Head Office at Wisma Mas Isman Jalan Teuku Cik Ditiro No 34, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Sunday (25/4).
According to Anugerah KG Suryo, Chairman of the KOSGORO Management Team, said that during the last few months, KOSGORO and its partner, namely PT. Connexist Indonesia discusses the concept and design of digital applications.
“This is a big change for an organization as KOSGORO in an era of increasingly sophisticated technology. Then change will occur more quickly creativity becomes invention and then becomes innovation. Keep scrolling fast. If it cannot adapt to change, the organization will become extinct,” he said.
He explained that the launch of the KOSGORO digital application is a form of adaptation to change. Currently we are entering the era of revolution 4.0, where the role of the digital revolution is very large in society, marked by the incorporation of information and communication technology in the industrial field.
“With the KOSGORO digital application, it accommodates changes and needs that occur in society today. Especially the KOSGORO family itself. People who used to shop at the market are now moving to their smartphone in their hand. Communication, which was more often face-to-face, has now shifted to face-to-face. This change has been accelerated further with the COVID-19 pandemic,” Anugrah noted.
He added, for that, we, with the manager, have prepared various features in this application. We hope that these features can meet the needs of the community. Especially for the internal family of KOSGORO itself.
“Not only that, this digital application will touch KOSGORO schools that are scattered all over the country. With national education content. Of course this is in line with the spirit of a mental revolution that is being promoted by the government,” he pointed out .
In addition, these features also touch on cooperatives and Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) under the auspices of KOSGORO. One of the features is that KOSGORO stalls provide a place for the development of MSMEs and cooperatives under KOSGORO, to exchange information and develop markets among large families.
Meanwhile, the General Chairperson of PPK KOSGORO, Hayono Isman added, this program was launched because KOSGORO is aware of how fast change occurs in this world. Making various efforts for the welfare of the people, through the people’s economy, is not getting easier because we are increasingly using information technology.
“We understand that the COVID-19 pandemic is a disaster. In this one year, we have experienced extraordinary changes. However, this afternoon I witnessed the spirit of KOSGORO never extinguished. To always work through this technological breakthrough. the lesson. It turns out that behind the COVID-19, the use of IT is extraordinary, the potential for MSMEs to appear on social media.
