WHO can deny that Bali is a mainstay tourist destination in Indonesia, so it is not surprising that the place which is nicknamed the Island of the Gods is very popular and in demand by many people. However, encouraging tourism in Bali with Work From Bali (WFB) is one solution to increase tourists visiting Bali.
All tourists, both from the domestic and international, always want to come and return to Bali. However, the pandemic situation experienced by the entire population of the earth makes all tourist destinations have to adapt to a new situation. Bali is no exception.
One of the solutions taken by the government to restore the enthusiasm of the country’s tourism industry is to move towards the development of quality Indonesian tourism.
According to the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy/Head of the Tourism and Creative Economy Agency, Sandiaga Uno, said educational tours such as visits to museums in Ubud, Bali are in line with the direction of developing quality Indonesian tourism.
“We want educational tourism based on local wisdom, with an emphasis on quality and sustainable tourism, which will be the main theme,” said Minister Sandiaga, at the end of May 2021.
Sandiaga explained that Ubud area has great potential in the field of cultural-based educational tourism. In addition to museums, Ubud also has a number of leading art galleries and tourist villages such as the Mas traditional village which is famous for its craft products in the form of wood carvings.
Not only that, the main attraction of the island of Bali is of course its beach tourism. Almost all tourists who vacation in Bali include the beach in their list of visits.
Actually, Bali is not only superior in terms of tourism, but also the creative economy. There are so many unique Balinese creative products that can be used as souvenirs for relatives and family, ranging from mouth-watering snacks such as milk pies to coffee, to special handicrafts.
While on vacation in Bali, don’t ignore health protocols such as keeping your distance, wearing a mask, and washing your hands with soap wherever you are! Because we return to Bali not only to have fun, but also to help revive the tourism sector and the creative economy.
