THREE JAKARTA MALLS INTEGRATE TECHNOLOGY FOR ‘MALL 4.0’ EXPERIENCE

A TOTAL of three malls in Jakarta and its surroundings, namely Pacific Place Mall, Artha Gading Mall, and Living World Alam Sutera, have officially signed a cooperation contract with PT Spotgue Application Pratama (Spotgue) to become the world’s first 4.0 mall.

According to Vice President Marketing Pacific Place Mall Markus Barata, in his statement, Saturday (6/12) said that through the Spotgue application, Pacific Place Mall, Artha Gading Mall, and Living World Alam Sutera will present a new shopping experience using digital technology that allows visitors, tenants, and malls interact with each other to produce a unique Mall 4.0 Experience.

“This collaboration is a concrete form of Pacific Place Mall’s commitment to always innovate in order to provide the best experience to all loyal visitors and all tenants at Pacific Place Mall through an omni channel strategy and seamless experience,” said Markus Barata.

The technology in the Spotgue application can help mall visitors to see the availability of car park areas, mark parking positions, get recommendations from virtual assistants, make reservations/waiting lists for favorite restaurants and salons, order food contactless, collect surprise rewards and even have private conversations with malls. or tenants.

Likewise Mall Development Manager Mall Artha Gading Natalia Dwi Utari said as one of the largest malls in Jakarta with more than 400 tenants, this collaboration will make it easier for loyal Artha Gading Mall visitors to find promos, events, rewards, and interact with all tenants at the Mall Artha Ivory.

Meanwhile, General Manager of Living World Alam Sutera, Adrian Pranata, who sees the application of digital technology for the convenience of visitors, tenants, and malls will become the standard norm in the future.
