When they arrived at the restaurant, the team was treated to a natural atmosphere in the Kayangan Cliff tourist attraction in the Pendoworejo village, Girimulyo, Kulon Progo. According to Didik Nini Thowok, Dapoer Khayangan was created with the concept of bringing visitors to enjoy the cool nature of rivers and hills.

“Besides being able to enjoy traditional cuisine with views of the river and cliffs, there is also a sleeping Buddha statue here to take pictures,” said Didik Nini Towok, the famous artist who is synonymous with this cultural greetings.

So it’s not surprising that the restaurant, which has just opened since April, has been visited by the family of Ngarso Dalem, Sri Sultan Hamengku Buwono X. This is also one of the destinations designated by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy and Enchantment of Travel Indonesia to be visited on the Wonderful Ride.

The cliffs and the river between the clearly visible views bring a serene atmosphere to the restaurant. In addition, the concept of the place is like a gallery because there is a 17 meter long sleeping Buddha statue, puppet figures, dinosaurus and others.

Exactly at 10.00 WIB, we sang the national anthem. This is not a thing surprising, because in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) it has become a must to do it every day. After singing the national anthem ‘Indonesia Raya’, we were served a variety of special culinary delights such as soto, meatballs, and yellow spiced chicken that had tantalized our curiosity and hunger. Of course, we didn’t waste this opportunity. Every menu that we ate that morning seemed to add to the perfection of this trip.

I really appreciate it,” said Sandiaga Uno.

According to Minister Sandiaga, the concept or trend of tourism in the future will be more personalized, localized, and smaller in size. Where automotive-based tourism is very much in line and also provides a more travel experience for tourists.

This activity is not only to stimulate the tourism economy, but also to increase public interest in traveling using private vehicles, as well as campaigning for safe driving tours. In addition, good touring activities will also be able to eliminate the stigma of reckless and arrogant motorcycle club riders.

Therefore, the motorcycle community needs to carry a social mission as well as the education to be conveyed, including education on safety riding and driving ethics.
