KALUGA CAVIAR & MOZAIC RESTAURANT UBUD PRESENTS AN EXCLUSIVE DINNER

THE CHRIS Salans Group is delighted to announce a rare and exclusive event at Mozaic Restaurant Gastronomique in Ubud, on Friday September 17th 2021. In Collaboration with Kaluga Caviar, Chef Owner Chris Salans and his team will be presenting an exclusive Kaluga caviar dinner at Mozaic restaurant.

Kaluga caviar, or river beluga, is raised in the flow of pure freshwaters from the Qing Chong Mountains, the mystical Himalayan birthplace of Taoism and Tai Chi. The fish are raised for a minimum of 15 years on superior non-GMO sturgeon feed. The Malossol, or ‘lightly salted’, preparation methodology uses only the finest Himalayan mineral salt to create a consistently exquisite, delicate and well-balanced taste.

To highlight this amazingly delectable caviar, Chef Salans and his team will prepare a 6-course tasting menu where caviar will be highlighted on the amuses-bouche and the first three courses of the menu. The remaining courses will highlight beautiful Dutch venison and Valrhona chocolate.

To further enhance the experience a special pairing of premium wines, carefully selected by Mozaic’s director of wines Cok Bagus Senajaya, will be available for this dinner.

Dinner reservations will be available from 5.00pm until 8.00pm. Price for the dinner will be IDR950,000++ per person for the 6-course tasting menu and IDR850,000++ per person for the optional pairing of wines.

Due to the limited supply of this precious caviar, and in order to maintain the highest levels of new normal, the dinner will be limited to 30 guests maximum. Reservations for dinner can be made by contacting Mozaic at +62-361-975768 or by visiting Mozaic’s website at mozaic-bali.com. [traveltext.id]
