MCLAREN has its own way of celebrating a victory at an Italian Grand Prix event, by presenting a vehicle with a limited-edition label, namely the Daniel Ricciardo Edition 720S which was produced in only three units for the Australian market.
Quoted from CarsCoops, Tuesday (9/28), the presence of this vehicle to commemorate the victory of the Australian racer, at Monza along with his teammate Lando Norris who finished in second place.
McLaren commercial director George Biggs said the performance of this vehicle was outstanding, getting into lines one and two was also an important thing for the team at the Italian Grand Prix. This is the perfect time to unveil the limited series of these vehicles.
“The 720S is a fitting model to celebrate Daniel’s accomplishments and we are delighted to see it adorned with the Australian flag created by MSO,” he said.
This Daniel Ricciardo Edition 720S supercar comes with this mid-engine, only three units. The supercar features the same Papaya Spark orange and Burton blue paint scheme as McLaren’s current MCL35M Formula 1 car.
For the most part, the body of this supercar is wrapped in that orange color and the mirrors, side panels, and air vents on the hood and decklid come in blue.
In addition, to emphasize this special vehicle, the planting of number 3 as the identity of Ricardo is also pinned on the door, and there is also an Australian flag. This limited model is equipped with black wheels and blue brake calipers.
In the cabin, this supercar is also wrapped with orange access on the seats, door panels, dashboard to the steering wheel and on the side, there is a signature from the racer, namely Ricciardo. [antaranews]
