PROMISING RETURNS, BOBOBOX INVITES INVESTORS TO JOIN BUILD BOBOCABIN

ALONG WITH the development of tourism in the country, Bobobox, the manager of a franchise capsule hotel network, opens opportunities for novice investors to invest in Bobocabin.

“Bobobox leaves an investment space of around IDR6 billion to IDR7 billion for novice investors. Bobobox provides a scheme where novice investors can easily invest. Similar to the crowd-funding scheme, Bobobox offers a similar investment scheme. The minimum investment in Bobocabin is IDR50 million, with a guaranteed yield of 198% for a period of 5 years and a payback period of every 2.5 years,” he underlined.

He added that so if you invest IDR50 million, at the end of the fifth year you will get IDR100 million, that’s the return we offer and the investment offer in Bobobox is still more attractive than investing in deposits or the capital market. This is in line with the type of millennial investment which has a shorter investment horizon and a faster payback period.

“That investment in the real sector that is equivalent to what we offer is investment in food and beverages. But keep in mind that F&B business has some vulnerabilities because it relates to trends, concepts and competition. Investment in the tourism sector, said Anton, has always offered fairly consistent returns. In addition, the location offered is an existing location, or not a vacant land location,” he pointed out.

Meanwhile, Bobocabin offers an elevated-camping concept that brings a new camping experience by combining the comfort of residential facilities, the use of Internet of Thing (IoT) technology and natural beauty around.

This facility, he continued, is not only an alternative to vacation, but also for self-healing, even a place to vacation and work. In the future, even Bobocabin can be ordered for weddings and pre-wedding events. This is certainly more interesting, closer to nature, and certainly much cheaper than, for example, renting a ballroom of a five-star hotel.

In addition, as the manager of tourist attractions and several accommodation facilities, Bobobox has been recognized by governments and global investors. In May 2020, Bobobox managed to secure a Series A investment of US$11.5 million.

Some of the global investors are Horizons Ventures and Alpha JWC Ventures and existing and new investors such as Kakao Investments, Sequoia Surge and Mallorca Investments. The latest location offered by Bobobox is in North Sumatra, especially in areas managed by the Lake Toba Authority.
