THE EMIRATES’ marketing team has been recognized by Sitecore, one of the world’s leading digital experience platforms, for ‘Best Use of Customer Data Platform (CDP)’.
The award was presented to Emirates at the latest edition of GITEX, the Dubai technology trade show, to demonstrate excellence in delivering a digital customer experience (CX) using the Boxever platform. Emirates was selected from among 110 major service organizations, based on CX and best-in-class digital capabilities.
Over the past four years, Emirates has invested in CDP solutions such as Boxever, which was acquired by Sitecore in March 2021, using its proprietary marketing data in conjunction with the platform to meet complex customer needs.
Their combined capabilities are a reflection of the close collaboration between the Group’s internal marketing team and Boxever, who have maintained a focus on meeting customer demands.
“Sitecore Middle East recognizes the Emirates marketing team that has driven customers’ digital experiences by using Sitecore CDP solutions to meet customers’ complex needs,” said Mohammed AlKhotani, Sitecore’s Middle East and North Africa Area Vice President in a statement Thursday (11/4).
“Emirates Airline shows how the Middle East is leading digital innovation, and transforming website visits and getting customers involved in making their travel planning easier. Emirates is honored to be recognized with an award in the digital customer experience,” AlKhotani added.
Meanwhile, Divisional Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications, Marketing & Brand of the Emirates Group Boutros Boutros said that Emirates was honored to receive this award, as a testament to the recognition that marketing services have developed rapidly over the past few years.
“Our ambition to provide the best customer experience in the travel industry is a key goal for Emirates and this brand family. We are delighted to be recognized by Sitecore, a company with an outstanding legacy in digital marketing, along with the broader fraternity of digital marketing professionals,” Boutros remarked.
Boutros also hopes that it can continue to develop its capabilities to better serve customer needs and preferences.
The recognition represents Emirates’ continued investment and innovation in delivering relevant and personalized experiences across digital travel services for customers.
