BATIK Air has provided a new service, namely online self check-in (self-reporting) before departure through the Batik Air Mobile Apps application.
According to the Corporate Communications Strategic of Batik Air, Danang Mandala Prihantoro in his official statement said that this new service has advantages. No need to bother checking-in at the airport anymore and reduce contact with crowds or reduce queues.
The following are the terms and guidelines for self-check-in online through the Batik Air Mobil Apps application: Self-check-in online process through the application: (1). Open Batik Air Mobile Apps, select the Online Check-in menu. (2). Enter the booking code (booking reference number or passenger name reference) on the ticket consisting of six characters, namely six capital letters and the passenger’s last name. (3). Understand the provisions of luggage whether classified as dangerous goods or not. (4). Select “continue” or continue, then select the flight and the name of the prospective passenger according to the ticket (click to put a check mark in the column). The check-in process is complete.
Self-check-in online conditions: (1). Prospective passengers who have Batik Air flight tickets on domestic routes: (2). Prospective individual passengers or group bookings are a maximum of 10 people. (3). Done up to 12 hours before departure.
Self check-in online service exceptions: (1). Prospective passengers with more than 10 passengers in one ticket (group booking). (2). Prospective passengers who need special assistance at the airport, including pregnant women, children under 12 years old traveling alone (unaccompanied minor), and prospective passengers who need a wheelchair. (3). Prospective passengers with connecting flights of different airlines. For example, flights from Batik Air followed by Lion Air or Wings Air and others. (4).
