“This decision was taken after the Menparekraf reviewed two travel bubble zones in Riau Islands, namely Nongsa, Batam and Lagoi, Bintan. Later, this travel bubble travel scheme will be included in a Circular Letter that will be issued by the COVID-19 Task Force,” he said.
