According to the Deputy Secretary of the Bali Tourism Board (BTB), Freddy SPS, and from the 21 hotels, 5 hotels with the bubble concept were appointed in this first stage, with the agreed package name Warm Up Vacation.

This preparation is in line with the green light from the government to open international flights to Bali starting February 4, 2022. The Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment, Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan, officially gave the statement.
“This is intended to re-invigorate Bali’s economy, which has been quite affected by this pandemic. However, we will continue to open in stages and continue,” Luhut said in a virtual press conference on Monday, (31/1)
Luhut emphasized that the entrance is only for Foreign Travel Players (PPLN) non-Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI).
He said the government gave two additional options for PPLN quarantine, namely bubble quarantine starting at five hotels with a total of 447 rooms. As well as six live on-board ships that have been certified Cleanliness, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability (CHSE) by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy.
