EMIRATES AIRLINE ENSURES UNACCOMPANIED CHILD PASSENGERS FLY SAFELY

EMIRATES airline ensures that unaccompanied minors can enjoy their flights safely thanks to Emirates’ Unaccompanied Minor service.

Minors flying with Emirates and traveling unaccompanied can now relax and wait for their flight in their dedicated lounge at Dubai International Airport, Emirates said in a press release, Friday (2/18).

Parents or guardians who have booked Emirates’ Unaccompanied Minor service can leave their child passengers at Dubai Airport Terminal 3, where the Emirates airport team will assist with check-in in a dedicated lounge area for unaccompanied minors.

After the check-in process is complete, members of the Emirates airport service team will escort these child passengers through immigration and security, then to the departure lounge, to from the lounge to the departure gate.

Child passengers can enjoy priority boarding, and Emirates cabin crew will greet them at the aircraft door, help them find their seat and adjust for their flight.

On board, they can also look forward to delicious customized meals and snacks, fun toys and activity packages, and kid-sized headsets to enjoy a selection of over 50 Disney movies and 130+ TV channels.

Emirates is also offering take-away toys and bags inspired by Expo 2020 Dubai and featuring little Emirates characters. All toys and bags use recycled materials, and the bags are made from 100% recycled plastic bottles.

Child passengers with connecting flights in Dubai will also be well served during transit. The Emirates ground service team will meet and escort them from their flight to one of the designated lounges for unaccompanied minors.
