THE SUPER Air Jet airline continues to expand its flight connectivity by opening new routes from Jakarta-Makassar round trip. The route that connects Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Tangerang (CGK), to Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport, Makassar (UPG), will be served as of April 20, 2022.
According to the Chief Executive Officer of Super Air Jet, Ari Azhari, Makassar is the 16th favorite SUPER destination served by Super Air Jet. Previously, Super Air Jet had opened routes to 15 other destinations.
“Super Air Jet will continue to develop Popular SUPER routes and SUPER Favorite destinations, which are adjusted according to the demand for current aviation market trends and prepare for the needs of the upcoming Eid homecoming,” said Ari Azhari, as quoted from his official statement.
The Jakarta-Makassar flight route will be served twice a day, with Airbus 320-200 aircraft with a capacity of 180 super comfortable economy class seats. The aircraft with flight number IU-500 is scheduled to depart from terminal 1A of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport at 04.45 WIB, and arrive at 08.10 WITA at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport.
Meanwhile, the reverse flight is still served on the same day. The aircraft with flight number IU-501 is scheduled to depart from Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport at 08.50 WITA, and arrive at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport at 10.10 WIB.
Meanwhile, for the next flight, the aircraft with flight number IU-504 is scheduled to depart from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport at 16.40 WIB, and arrive at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport at 20.05 WITA.
Then, the next flight is still served on the same day. The aircraft with flight number IU-505 is scheduled to depart from Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport at 20.45 WITA, and arrive at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport at 22.05 WIB.
Ari Azhari added, Super Air Jet offers SUPER Efficient prices starting from IDR1,032,600 from Jakarta to Makassar, and for the Makassar to Jakarta route starting from IDR1,041,700.
