LION AIR GROUP PASSENGERS NO LONGER NEED TO CHECK-IN AT THE AIRPORT

PASSENGERS of Lion Air Group aircraft now no longer need to check-in at the airport, because the City Check-in service is available which makes it easier for prospective passengers to prepare their flight plans.

This facility is available in all ticketing sales offices, including Lion Air Tower Jakarta Harmoni, Surabaya, Malang, Makassar, Medan, Pekanbaru, Padang, Yogyakarta, Solo, and Batam. The full list can be found on the Lion Air website.

“Lion Air Group continues to develop new flight products in line with its commitment to providing a fast and convenient way to check-in,” said Corporate Communications Strategic of Lion Air Group, Danang Mandala Prihantoro, in his official statement on Tuesday (7/19).

This facility is valid for direct flights and connecting tickets using Lion Air Group airlines. City Check-in service is available 24 hours at Lion Air Tower Jakarta, while at other sales offices it adjusts to operating hours.

Prospective passengers are free to choose a seat at no additional cost, as long as seat supplies last. Purchase of additional baggage quota (pre-paid baggage) a maximum of 30 kilograms per passenger, with a discount of up to 35%.

City Check-in applies to prospective passengers who will make priority flights without baggage. If the prospective passenger brings baggage, then at the departure terminal, the baggage must be reported back at the check-in counter.
