FRENCH supercar manufacturer Bugatti in this decade has no plans to build electric vehicles and SUVs, according to Bugatti CEO Mate Rimac.
“The purely electric version is not included in our ten-year plan for Bugatti and there is also no SUV,” Rimac told Automobilewoche as reported on Monday (9/12).
That commitment is in contrast to Volkswagen and other automakers, which are starting to encroach on electric cars on average. But Bugatti opens up the possibility of making hybrid-type cars.
