DISNEY will prepare many surprises at its various amusement parks and lodgings in 2023, with many rides and attractions to accompany holidays with loved ones.
Disney took to its official website on Sunday, announcing that this was being done to commemorate the 100th anniversary of The Walt Disney Company, and that the celebration would take place at Disney theme parks around the world.
The new adventures will begin on January 27 at Disneyland Resort, where visitors can look forward to “Wondrous Journeys”, a new experience of spectacular fireworks at Disneyland Park, and “World of Color” at Disney California Adventure Park.
The entire resort gets new decorations, merchandise, food, and even new costumes for Mickey Mouse and friends.
As part of Disneyland’s 100th anniversary celebrations, travelers can look forward to the grand opening of “Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway” on January 27 and the long-awaited return of the “Magic Happens” parade starting February 24.
“Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway” itself opened for the first time at Walt Disneyland Disney World in 2020. This attraction is also to reopen Mickey’s Toontown” on March 8.
Meanwhile, at the Walt Disney World Resort, will lead to the opening of the “TRON Lightcycle / Run”, an attraction that allows visitors to ride their own Lightcycle and race fast.
The highly anticipated coaster has become a fan favorite at Shanghai Disneyland and will open at Magic Kingdom Park in the spring.
Not only that, the fan-favorite attraction “Magic Kingdom” will present the “Happy Ever After” fireworks that will once again light up the sky with an updated version of the show in 2023.
Hong Kong Disneyland will also have a “World of Frozen” set to open in the second half of 2023. The “Frozen”-inspired land is the first of three to debut at international Disney parks. At Disneyland Paris, the park’s 30th anniversary will culminate with a new stage show, “Pixar: We Belong Together” in late 2023.
On the other hand, Disney is also preparing a series of films to be released in 2023.
