TO LOVE is not only once a year moment, but of course, you still can do a special dinner to celebrate the day of love on February 14th. That’s why, this year The Sultan Hotel & Residence Jakarta is doing something different to celebrate Valentine’s Day by collaborating with one of the Indonesian romance novelists, Riezkianty Yura.
Taking the theme from one of Riezkianty Yura’s best-selling novels entitled “Ketika Senja Merindukan Pagi (When the Dusk Misses the Morning)”, The Sultan Hotel & Residence Jakarta and Riezkianty Yura not only invite couples who are in love for a romantic dinner but also invite connoisseurs and book readers to taste the delicacy set menu by Executive Sous Chef, Eric Kusnadi.
A comfortable and pleasant evening outdoor atmosphere by the pool certainly creates a romantic Valentine’s feeling, therefore this collaborative Valentine Set Menu will be held at Kudus Hall on Tuesday 14 February 2023.
Each menu on Valentine this time is taken from the chapters full of love in the novel “Ketika Senja Merindukan Pagi (When the Dusk Misses the Morning)”. Contains 3 happy chapters which are translated into a menu that is not only pleasing to the eye but also filling.
This Valentine’s set menu is opened with an appetizer entitled “Cinta Kan Membawamu (Love Will Take You)”, which is the signature menu of sultan tomato soup with garlic bread and sun-dried tomatoes. Then, guests will enjoy the main course entitled “Dua Rel yang Bersisian (Two Rails Side by Side)”, a dish of smoked filet mignon and butter-boiled lobster with sautéed asparagus and twin potato dauphinoise. Finally, guests will indulge in a chapter entitled “Karena Aku Terlalu Mencintaimu (Because I Love You Too Much)” a baked cheesecake with fresh berries and cranberry sauce.
For Valentine’s set menu, this collaboration will be priced at IDR1,000,000 net/couple (2 people) included 2 novels by Riezkianti Yura or IDR1,650,000 net/couple (2 people) included 2 novels as well and a bottle of house red wine. [traveltext.id]
