“Your romantic evening will be more stunning with choices of main course, either AUS Tenderloin Black Angus, Grilled Asparagus, Baby Carrot, Smoked Vine Tomato, Mousseline Potato and Red Wine Sauce OR Pan Seared Norwegian Salmon, Roasted Beetroot Quenelle, Pumpkin Puree, Asparagus, Baby Carrot, Caramelized Onion Citrus Bourrée Blanche,” she said.
She added that the romantic island journey ends beneath the beautiful sky with a refreshing and palate-cleansing Caramel Walnuts Strawberry Cake in Crème Anglaise.
