LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort has returned to surprise its fans, by presenting the LEGOLAND School Challenge (LSC) 2023 competition, supported by Iskandar Investment Berhad.
According to CS Lim, Divisional Director, LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort recently said LSC 2023 is a competition to build LEGO blocks between school students. This time the participants who were invited were not only from around Malaysia, but also from neighboring countries, around Southeast Asia including Indonesia (RI).
“This competition was first held in April 2022. There were 205 LEGO block building works from schools throughout Malaysia. With the theme, “Pride of Your State”, 12 LEGO building blocks were selected as finalists. The winning LEGO block building creations have been exhibited at LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort until March 2023 to be appreciated by the guests,” he said.
CS Lim explained, the LSC 2023 competition aims to inspire students to release their imagination and create their dream world with LEGO. Public school students can choose to participate in school challenges as their co-curricular activity.
“Last year, the inaugural LEGOLAND School Challenge was participated in by 205 groups from schools across Malaysia. We are encouraged by the support. This year, we have expanded to include schools from this region. We believe that play has the power to change lives and that the LEGOLAND School Challenge can inspire our future builders to see the future they can build,” he remarked.
