LION AIR OPERATES SURABAYA-MANADO ROUTE ON OCT. 26, 2 TIMES PER DAY

LION AIR airline announced a new direct (non-stop) flight route from Surabaya to Manado starting 26 October 2023. Lion Air operates two daily scheduled round-trip  flights between Surabaya’s Juanda International Airport in Sidoarjo, East Java (SUB) and Sam Ratulangi International Airport in Manado, North Sulawesi (MDC).

“This new route is expected to provide greater convenience for business people and tourists traveling between Surabaya and Manado,” said Corporate Communications Strategic of Batik Air, Danang Mandala Prihantoro in a written statement Wednesday (10/25), 2023.

Lion Air operates this route with a fleet of Boeing 737-800NG (189 economy class seats) and Boeing 737-900ER (215 economy class seats).

Danang mentioned the advantages for business people who use this route. Namely a schedule of two non-stop flights every day. They can choose the schedule that best suits their needs, minimize time at the airport, and save significant travel time.

He added that flight frequency gives business people more options to connect Surabaya and Manado with other cities. Increase access to new markets, clients, and business opportunities.

As for tourists, they have more options to choose flight schedules according to their itinerary.
