ARTOTEL GROUP PREPARES TO THE CHALLENGES OF 2024 HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY

ONE of the local hotel operators in Indonesia, ARTOTEL Group, held a year-end event at ARTOTEL Suites Bianti, Yogyakarta entitled ‘Leaders Summit 2023’ which took place last Monday-Thursday (20-24 November 2023).

According to ARTOTEL Group Chief Operating Officer, Eduard Rudolf Pangkerego, said the aim of the ARTOTEL Group Leaders Summit (AGLS 2023) is to prepare to face the challenges of the hotel industry in 2024 in order to strengthen the ARTOTEL Group’s positioning as one of the largest hotel operator companies in Indonesia.

“This event involved 150 people, including general managers and hotel managers of hotel units as well as the ARTOTEL Group network which has various brands, namely ARTOTEL, Dafam, Maxone, Kyriad, and Rooms Inc. The AGLS 2023 event is very important, especially after ARTOTEL Group acquired Dafam, Maxone and Kyriad in 2021.

“This is a means for us to get to know the leaders of the hotel units more closely, considering that the ARTOTEL Group manages more than 104 hotels throughout Indonesia with various brands and characteristics,” he said in a written statement.

A variety of material was presented, starting from how to face the challenges of the current and future hotel industry, food, and beverages, to the importance of environmental sustainability. The presenters were varied. Apart from Eduard, other presenters included ARTOTEL Group Finance Director, Suwarna Dwipa, ARTOTEL Group Operations Director, Daniel Sunu Prastyo, and ARTOTEL Group Director of Food and Beverage Rizidian Siregar.
