ACCOR CONTINUES TO EXPAND ITS PORTFOLIO IN INDONESIA, INDIA, THAILAND & VIETNAM

ACCOR, a leading augmented hospitality Group, is pleased to share its recent signings for November 2023, underscoring its unwavering dedication to extending its reach while delivering unparalleled experiences throughout Asia.

As of October 2023, Accor has seamlessly executed management agreements for an impressive 69 properties, augmenting its extensive portfolio with over 16,500 keys.

Amidst this remarkable surge, the Group strategically continues to direct its efforts toward resolute leadership in the Premium, Midscale and Economy segments, epitomized by its steadfast representation through the Novotel, Mercure, and ibis brands. This strategic approach underscores Accor’s commitment to ensure a diverse range of offerings for its guests.

Accor continues its growth in Thailand with the recent signing of ibis Styles Phuket Bangtao. This newly built hotel, set to open its doors in 2025. With this signing, Accor further strengthens its position as the largest international hotel operator in Thailand, boasting a robust network of 73 hotels in the Midscale and Economy segments and a pipeline of 14 projects currently in development.

And also, Accor is pleased to announce the signing of Novotel Jakarta Pulo Mas, located in Pulo Mas, East Jakarta. This 36-floor hotel. Novotel Jakarta Pulo Mas promises a serene ambience with a spectacular bird’s-eye view of Jakarta.

And then Accor will oversee the management and operation of two hotels within the Imperial Oasis Quy Nhon project in Binh Dinh province, featuring the renowned Mercure and ibis Styles brands. Scheduled to open in 2027 will offer 189 and 250 guestrooms, respectively.

The next Accor will unveil the Swissôtel Pratunam Bangkok in early 2027. Nestled in the vibrant heart of Bangkok’s premier shopping district, this premium hotel with 325 beautifully decorated rooms and suites. The last but not least, Grand Mercure Goa Candolim (India) is scheduled to welcome guests in Q2 of 2024 and will become the 7th Grand Mercure in India.
