COMPLEMENTING the leisure facilities in the Cibubur Tourism City area, PT Sahabat Kota Wisata, the joint venture company of Kawan Lama Group and Sinar Mas Land, now presents ARTOTEL Living World.
ARTOTEL Living World is not only a boutique hotel with an art and lifestyle concept in Cibubur, but also an integrated concept with a mall, making it easier for hotel guests to enjoy various entertainment and shopping centers at the well-known tenant Living World, Cibubur Tourism City.
Celebrated with a topping-off procession and the planting of golden nails, ARTOTEL Living World is expected to be operational by June 2025. The topping off procession of ARTOTEL Living World was marked by the planting of golden nails on the top floor of the hotel by Sugiyanto Wibawa, President Director of PT Sahabat Kota Wisata and Fariyanto Sonda, CEO of Retail & Hospitality Sinar Mas Land as well as Erastus Radjimin, Founder & CEO of Artotel Group and Janti Komadjaja, Director of PT Total Bangun Persada.

The construction of ARTOTEL Living World will start in October 2023 with an investment value of up to IDR274 billion. Covering an area of more than 18,000 m2, ARTOTEL Living World will be the first design hotel in Cibubur and its surroundings. This hotel consists of 11 floors with 196 rooms of different types, namely suite rooms, deluxe rooms and superior rooms, swimming pool, all day dining and rooftop restaurant; to the gym to support today’s healthy lifestyle. There is also a ballroom, meeting room and green open space.
