AT THE END of 2024, Artotel Group (AG), once again held the annual event Artotel Group Leaders Summit (AGLS) 2024 on December 4-6, 2024. The activity, which is a meeting place for leaders in the Artotel Group hotel network, was held at Mangkuluhur ARTOTEL Suites Jakarta.
Attended by 150 participants consisting of Artotel Group Board of Directors, Partners, General Managers, Hotel Managers from all hotel brands managed by Artotel Group; ARTOTEL, DAFAM, MAXONE, KYRIAD and ROOMS INC, this activity focused on business updates, strategies and goals for 2025, both in terms of hotel business and for the Artotel Wanderlust loyalty program.
According to Eduard Rudolf Pangkerego, Chief Operating Officer of ARTOTEL Group, “AGLS is an annual event that we hold to bring together the leaders of our hotel network to prepare business strategies for the coming year.
“Therefore, each year this activity has a theme that will be the focus of our business strategy for the coming year. This year’s theme was ‘Leading Change for the Better Tomorrow’ where we discussed various hotel strategies to implement ESG (Environment, Social, Good Governance) programs for sustainable hotel operations,” he said.
Eduard explained that the AGLS activity was filled with talk shows and master classes with speakers from various corporate leaders and a famous seminar speaker, James Gwee. In addition, AGLS was also filled with presentations from several Artotel Group board members to provide information on business strategies to be implemented in the coming year.
“The event concluded with a gala dinner as an awards ceremony for outstanding leaders, and AGLS attendees were entertained and musically entertained by guest star Padi Reborn,” he added.
