ARTOTEL Group (AG) has officially partnered with Winner Group for the addition of three new hotels in Batam, Riau Islands. This was marked by the signing of the Hotel Management Agreement (HMA) between the two parties on Wednesday, (12/18), 2024 at the Artotel Group office.
The signing of the HMA was carried out by Yusmen Liu as Group Director of Winner Group and Eduard Rudolf Pangkerego ,Chief Operating Officer of AG. The three hotels that will be managed are ARTOTEL Trans Barelang Batam, ARTOTEL Casa Tiban Batam, and ROOMS INC Baloi Batam.
Each hotel is located in a strategic location in the Batam area with various hotel facilities according to the concept of each hotel brand. ARTOTEL Casa Tiban, is a 4-star hotel consisting of 5 towers with a total of 265 units, and is equipped with MEETSPACE, restaurant, swimming pool, gym, spa and also ARTSPACE. will start Ground Breaking in January 2025.
This condotel is located in the 6-hectare Winner Mangrove area, an exclusive area with a Mangrove resort concept, equipped with private beach facilities. This property offers modern housing that blends with natural beauty, making it the perfect choice for urban communities looking for a luxurious lifestyle and harmony with nature.
ARTOTEL Trans Barelang, consists of 3 towers with a total of 201 units, with several supporting facilities, such as MEETSPACE, restaurant, swimming pool, gym, and of course ARTSPACE which is the signature facility of the 4-star ARTOTEL brand hotel.
Located in the Winner Gosyen Park area, adjacent to the Barelang Bridge and Evo Rempang City, a new urban development mega project in Rempang. The construction process of both condotels is estimated to be completed in 2 years, where both will become new centers of attention in the Batam property and tourism industry.
