BVLGARI Hotels & Resorts is pleased to announce its latest project, the Bvlgari Resort & Mansions Cave Cay in the Bahamas, scheduled to open in 2029. This follows previously announced projects in the Maldives, Miami Beach and Bodrum, which are scheduled to open between 2026 and 2027.

With this latest addition, the Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts collection now includes thirteen properties, including Milan, London, Bali, Dubai, Shanghai, Beijing, Paris, Tokyo and Rome. The Bvlgari Resort & Mansions at Cave Cay will feature 64 luxury suites and oceanfront villas, as well as 48 Bvlgari branded private villas and estates for sale.

Cave Cay, a 220-acre private island in the Exumas, is known as one of the most beautiful islands in the archipelago, with numerous white sand beaches, enchanting caves and hills offering breathtaking views of the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean.

The resort will offer a wide range of facilities including an extensive spa and wellness center, a multi-sports enclave, a kids’ club, the renowned Bvlgari Bar and Il Ristorante – Niko Romito, curated by three-Michelin-star chef Niko Romito, offering a fine dining experience to punctuate a perfect day in the sun at the signature beach club La Spiaggia.

In addition, a fully activated marina will serve the docking needs of residents and offer visitors a promenade with a variety of distinctive shops and dining experiences. The marina will also serve as the starting point for extensive water sports and a rich variety of local experiences, including excursions to secluded islands and sand dunes.

According to Jean-Christophe Babin, CEO of Bvlgari, the Exumas have established themselves in recent years as the ultimate glamorous destination in the Caribbean, attracting the most prestigious and discerning clients.

“We are thrilled to present such an extraordinary project that will not only be the first Bvlgari Resort in the Caribbean, but also a new point of reference for the community of upscale and discerning travellers who already know and appreciate the other ‘Jewels of Hospitality’ in the Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts collection,” he said.

Jean-Christophe Babin stated, we envision Bvlgari Resort Cave Cay shining as the ultimate sustainable luxury destination and experience in the region, crafted by the Roman jeweller of hospitality.

Meanwhile, Emile Haddad, a leading investor in Cave Cay Limited Partnership – the owner of the Cave Cay project – and Chairman of the Board of Cave Cay General Partner Ltd.
